Just go run SEED Express, and it'll drop fairly easy, from my own experience. It's not really worth that much money. It's just because no one is running the mission right now. Don't waste a Guld or a power unit.

before the event they were like 1 - 2 mil for the board.

I got 2 in one run last time i ran it........
