Now, whenever I hear of these glithces occuring, it never says offline, or online. Now my question is, do any of them happen offline. Has anyone experienced the mats glitch, the tech glitch, or this new deleveling glitch offline?

it's all online of course since cmode stages 7 - 9 have only been made available online on the gamecube. that has been the only data change cmode wise that will be causing these bugs. the offline cmode has been available for a long time.
