annoying profile pic

I'm tryin to get a profile pic up but it always says "upload of file failed"

Its demensions or whatever is 200x153 and only 6.78 KB

What am I doing wrong???

Is it on your hard drive or are you linking to a URL?

You need to upload profile pictures from your hard drive. The URL linking feature doesn't work properly.
