Event rewards question

alittle confused on the thing about how to get rewards it says accepted and can skip the first CS of the event are elligable but does that mean be able to skip first CS of magushi not actualy have ot completle it? and do i have to do it for all 4 chars or does it just need to be done for one? sorry its been along time since i played havnt been thro a big event like this b4 just wanted to make sure

If you have completed the mission before, you can skip scenes w/o affecting the story.

As long as one of your characters has watched the first cut-scene (Ie. played the magashi plan) your account is eligible for the rewards. You don't need to successfully complete the mission. Just successfully make it through the cut-scene. Hope this helps.
