Just a question about warnings, if the mod that gave them is no longer a mod, do the warnings still apply?

Yes, they still apply since they are still rules violations.

Is there a way we can see how many warnings we have at all? Sometimes useful for those who forget how many warnings they have, or want to question a warning they got or something.
