Do you use the same one for PC/PS2 and xbox360? So since i am on ps2 now but if i wanted to go to xbox 360 could i use the same login, and not pay double?

not the same server. You'll have to make a new account for the 360.

I know its not the same server, Im not talking about keeping my characters i know i will need to make new ones, but do i also have to pay another 10 dollars each month if i want to play on both servers with different characters?

Yes. different billing.
