if i cancel my guardians license do i still have my characters?

i cancelled my guardians license about a year ago for exams and i would like to activate it again but i would like to know if i still have my original characters or if i have to start over again

also if i delete the phantasy star universe data from my hard drive do i still have my characters

I haven't heard of anyone's characters being deleted after any amount of time, so you should be good.

Even if you deleted your PSU data from your hard drive, you still have your characters since the character data is stored on the server.
