If your a level 70, you have to have some weapons and money, (what you do, just use your starting weapons and left all meseta on the ground). Do event runs. Thats where you'll make money.

I may have been "like you" at one point but I still have never begged for money or anything for that matter. Go do some STD runs on the 5th floor and you'll have some money in no time. Money is easier to come by on S and S2 missions so imo you should focus on getting to those levels before you get too worried about money.
