[PC] Where do I buy the expansion?

Hey I'm looking to get back into PSU after a long time but I can't figure out where to buy the expansion online? The site says you need a copy for online play but doesn't seem to give a clue as to where I should buy it. It's almost like they want people to acquire it illegally.

Is there somewhere to buy a digital download version?

No way to buy a digital copy for the NA/EU servers, but you can try Amazon to see if they sell the disc there.

My local gamestops have a copy on each store XP. I bought mine at Amazon before I knew they had it.
