i have hured that when u hit lv 20 JOB LV
that u get a big bonus in something depending on the job but i dont know if this is true if it is can u plz tell me what they are thx.
like i hured a protranser gets a bonus 1000hp at job lv 20

You get good stats, and you don't have to worry about MP anymore. That's about it. :(

Hard to understand what you wrote so I may not be answering your question... but no, there's no big bonus at lvl 20.

Like they said, no big bonus when you hit job rank 20. The only big bonus-like thing I can think of is some races get bonuses to some jobs, but nothing that's super-immense or anything from what I've seen.

you can use SUVs (CASTs) and Nanoblast (Beasts)

Well yeah, but I thought that was a given (since they're not specific stat-like bonuses to using certain jobs).

As you probably know from previous posts, there is no unique bonus for reaching Job Lv.20, however, the racial bonus' for specific class-to-type combinations take effect on any Job level.

Humans:
+2% to all stats as Hunter, Ranger, and Force.
+3% to all stats as Fighgunner, Wartecher, Guntecher, and Protranser.
+5% to all stats as Acrofighter and Acrotecher.

Newmans:
+3% to all stats as Force, Fighgunner, Wartecher, Guntecher, and Fortetecher.

CASTs:
+3% to all stats as Ranger and Fortegunner.

Beasts:
+3% to all stats as Hunter and Fortefighter.

The bonus applies to what your Job would give you, not your race/gender stats.
So you would add the race-to-type bonus to your Job stats then apply those combined stats to your race/gender stats.
Also, no race receives additional bonus stats as a Master class.
