Har/Me Quick

Which do you prefer to weak among these?

And does Har-Quick cast faster than Me-Quick? Bcoz I can't really tell on by myself..

I believe Me/Quick is 30% faster, while Har/Quick is 50% if I remember right.

Har/Quick is faster. And -100 tech points really doesn't affect my MF =P

Har / Quick unless I'm a Acromaster which gets a physical and TECHNIC speed boost.

Seems like a lot but not sure you'll really notice.

You would be doing more damage in a faster amount of time even with -100.
