Masturbation. It lacks a certain level of social interaction (if you don't want to get arrested), but it's fun. And quite inclusive. Even non-drinkers can play!

For group games, usually it's lightweight's shame... wherein the goal is to not be the first person to pass out. The one who does has all kinds of embarrassing things done to them. Sometimes it's shaving cream in the hand, sometimes.... it shows up on /b/.

Either that... or a rousing game of Clue. Except it's not "who killed Col. Mustard", but "Who took a crap on the back of the toilet seat and puked on the cat?" Hours of fun trying to figure out who did it... and nobody will remember the next day.... so it's like playing a new game all over again!
