my friend just bought the expansion and everything his guardian lisence but when he trys to play it says connection error

Try, ask your friend 'Shut down or Reboot' her/his 360.
Then log-on again.

1 more thing.
Did your friend bought the Guardian lisence with the "Same" GT that is going to play with the PSU.....

He tried 3 times reboot the 360, then log-on again?

I would suggest call Live CS, and see your friend had his Guardian Lisence purchased.
The least he'll know did they put charge on his Credit Card.

They can tell you what they charge on your Credit Card.

If they are charging your $$, and you can't log-on.
And PSU is up and running. Your friend is not Ban.

When your friend is hard core enough, Should have enough time to cap at lease 2 to 150.

ok what im trien to say is he cant even create a character it wont let him past the 1st few parts it says a connection error has happend or something what we usally get when we lag out
