Armor/Weapon Combos and Item Effects

In the PSU Item Database, it says the Serafi-Senba + Dagger of Serafi combo should give me a few bonuses. However, for some reason, I don't see these bonuses anywhere.

Also, for the Whitill Wing Extra Slot Armor Unit, it states that there is a level 3 Autoregeneration ability or something that heals 3% of the players health per 'tick'. Why doesn't this work for me?

You are offline player right?

Whitill Wing is only 12sta for offline, for online it's 3sta + LVL3 HP regen

Set bonuses are invisible too, they won't show on the char sheet or the weapon/armr stats. Just swap in a different armor, do some hits, and swap it back in and eyeball the difference. Most of them aren't worth it though.
