if you could make a new class/type what would you make?

I would make 4 classes

acromaster - able to use one handed weapons to lv50

Range Master or Ulitmate Ranger - able to use all ranged weapons to lv50

Master Hunter or Ultimate Hunter - able to use all striking weapons to lv50

Spell Master or Ultimate Force - able to use all spells to lv50

There would also be a down side to them, lv 1-5 would be so weak there stats would equal the basic class stats at lv5, 5-10 would equal the stats of the hybrid classes at lv10, 10-15 would equal the master classes at lv15 and 15-20 would equal the forte classes at lv20. Also they would require massive amounts of mission points to level up (i'm talking like 5,000 to go from 1 to 2 and so on making it harder as you go)

As for the speed i would probally make them the same as the master classes

Acromaster would go along the same lines as the master classes

What would you make? :)

I would create a new class:

Master Baiter

This class will always draw the fire and attacks from enemies, so everyone else in the party can relax and attack mercilessly. As this class is purely bait, It would share all EXP from enemies that had at any point tried to attack it. It would not use any weapons, but it would have the ability to leap and roll out of the way of enemy attacks.

I don't see a problem translating this to Engrish at all.

I can't help it but that sounds dirty...

Einhänder - One handed weapons user, just like the game "Einhänder". Its more like AF without the two-handed weapons.

Swordsman - Only allowed to use a handgun, S-rank sabers, twin sabers, and swords. The gun bullets stay at level 10, the skills go up to 50.

Duelist - Uses S-rank handgun, dagger, saber, twin handgun, twin saber, twin dagger. Bullets and skills go up to 40, since they're limited to only those weapons.

Wrecker - Axe, grenade launcher, knuckles. PAs go to 50.

Just spur-of-the-moment one for the last one, but Swordsman was something I was kind of hoping for awhile. I like-a the swords.

I realize the classes i made dont seem to have a drawback but the fact that they would be extreamly weak for a long time would make up for that, like i said 5,000 MP to go from 1-2 having the stats for a hunter lv1 would make the game almost impossible, also i would make the requirement to become one of these classes (ex. to become a Ultimate Hunter you would need to be a lv20 Hunter, Fighgunner, Wartecher, Fortefighter, Fighmaster)

That doesn't count as balance. Seriously, C rank event runs can give almost 300 MP.

I'd give em ALL one-hand weapons. Require the same as PT to use, since I think it should get at least some techs... but not very high. 20/20.

So, in the end:
Saber, Claw, Dagger, Whip, Handgun, Mechgun, Crossbow, Wand, and both mags.

Probably S-rank on mags, mechs, whip, and mechgun. (I really don't think it would need S-rank xbow)

I see how a event can ruin something but then your down to a choice, by the time you hit the requirement to reach one of these classes you would be around lv85-100, so do you do c-runs to get mission points or do you go to s/s2 for the good drops and get your ass handed to you because your stats are so weak

Specialist focusing on dual-welding. 30% increased attack speed. Only able to use S-rank Armor (Not applied to slot units). Increase PP recharge rate by 20%.

The class I would make would just be a slight tweeking of Acrotecher and Wartecher:

(Name Pending):
Requirements: 5 Force, 5 Hunter
Attack TECHs: 30 (exception: Gi- TECHs 40)
Support TECHs: 30
Skills: 30
Bullets: 30
Speed Boost
A-Rank: Slicers, Handguns, Twin Handguns, Cards, RCSMs, Knuckles.
S-Rank: TCSMs, Sabers, Twin Sabers, Daggers, Twin Daggers, Claws, Twin Claws.

I limited the TECH weapons to just TCSMs just because I feel that this class would have more of an up close and personal emphasis,and I made those exceptions to the TECHs to emphasize that a bit more.

Let's see...
I would like a class focusing on twin weapons (and knuckles), plus having a speed boost...I guess this would be my wish for an "Acromaster". xD
S ranks: Twin Daggers, Twin Claws, Twin Sabers, Knuckles (wow...there's not a single class with all of those 4 as S rank >.>)

I still wish they'd add a fisticuffs class. Knucks just... don't do it for me. Can't equip any weapons whatsoever, but gets it's very own specialized PAs, and can equip four of them at once and use them in it's own customized combos. It'd have a small atk stat, but would deal damage quickly, and maybe hit more than one hit box at the same time. And no weird 'Ikk Hikk' type of PAs. I'd quit being a gunner for that.

Would be cool, but seems a bit much for the mp doesn't it?
The stats better be decent enough to stay alive til it hits 20.
I was thinking about a class with 50 pa for everything, All weapons, S only maybe.
I'd love it, and the "everything else 20" is a good idea for this.

why Machine gun and Handgun? for using B weapons with them?

and i would switch the launcher with the rifel...a long range shooter without a rifle is like a sniper with a minigun...<- stupid xD
Shotgun with more range is useless...it's a close combat gun like the machine gun so it would not fit in this class...but the rest would be cool =)


My Class:
Trapmaster
uses only traps and some A weapons...there should be new traps with higher dmg and range...or you should be able to carry more than 10 traps per sort

The BigGuy:
only two hand weapons and only melee
makes 200-250% dmg but slower than normal classes

I like the sound of that. I've always had such huge problem with choosing classes, so having one that can literally do it all would suit me well. :)

that sound like i class id like :> different name ofc... and it just wouldnt be feasable without twin swords and/or claws...

id give it the fortefighter 6... spear sword axe twinswords twinclaws knuckles... then i couldnt be much happier... it would even give me more reason to use dus daggas! would wipe of any fears of using jabroga! would stop speldor crush missing on the last hit! among other things...

why cant it just exist now... >:/

why is everyone trying to make ridiculously OP classes... why would you want the game to be easier... and involve even MORE GRINDING to gain them... you people have it backwards... games are fun NOT jobs!!!

I'd make a class that's reserved to each race.

But that class would be whatever the main strength of the race isn't (except for humans...).

Ex: A RangerBeast, a HunterNewman, a TecherCAST and a MasterHuman

Since the classes come out of the weaknesses of the races, you could give them special bonusses/abilities.

Ex of HunterNewman:
Mellee PA: 50, Bullet PA: 20, TECHs: 0

S ranks: Twin Claws, Twin Daggers, Twin Sabers, Claws, Daggers, Sabers, Double Sabers
A ranks: Handgun, Cards, RCSM

With a great ATP modifier that would put this class above Newman fortefighters but below cast or beasts fortefighters

It would be roughly the same for the other classes. Something that would make the players say "wow, now I want to make a <instert race> character and I get chances to not suck while trying to do something different"

Let's see...another class that I think that would be nice...a mix between AF and AT.
S ranks: Saber, Dagger, Claw, Whip, Tech Mag (and maybe slicer?).
A ranks: Twin Saber, Twin Dagger, Twin Claw, Ranged Mag, Twin Handgun, Card, Wand.
- Increased speed for melee and technics
- Requirement HU4, FO4
- Photon Arts 40/20/20/40.
- Traps...dunno, maybe Burn, Virus and Freeze? ^^;

I really like the sound of this class. I would totally use it.

But if I was to make a class I would make a Paladin like class.
Paladin:
An experimental type class. Very high defense but low hit points. Enemies attacks are attracted to the fighter. Specializes in heavy weapons and healing magic.

i would like to see another gunner class that can open up for more strategic play, something liven things up so what if you could use enemy traps against them instead of just having them get in the way

an experimental class that combines expert marksmanship and use of traps to maximize the damage inflicted towards enemies
