Ahem, ok, everybody know how Wakamoto sama's voice sounds. He dubbed Magashi on PSU in the JP version. As well as Cell in Dragon Ball, M. Bison (Vega in Japan) in Street Fighter, i think that Zelda series' Gannon too, and he's been working the last 20-30 years or more, i don't know really. Ok, now hear this video, where he talks with Hal to have an idea of his voice.... and then.... the video below where the dubbing actor sings.... ahem, Sailor Fuku motteke, also knows as the lucky star opening.... now imagine Magashi singing that XDDD

He didn't even try to sing :(. Though Hal on the other hand, in both versions of PSU, she's prettier when she doesn't open her mouth D:.
