question about different beast badges

I've searched all over, psu-pedia is also down, and i cant figure out where to get the white version of the beast. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it!

level requirement is 200 (yes 200 not 20) it allows you to nanoblast into Alterazgoug for 1 minute.

Right now, the only two worthwhile ones are the invicibility one (blue) and power one (red). I always forget what their actual names are...
