After both carnival and STD, I have gotten roughly 30 boards.

And not 1 single blade.

I would say your best bet is the mag event mission found on the 5th floor of the Guardians Colony. I showed a newbie the mission and helped him run it and found a Carriguine Blade on the first run.

the reason i said the 3* luck may help was if more actual items CAN drop then surely your chances increase, as the chance of ANYTHING dropping is increased rather than the special drop being increased...... if that makes sense.

Yeah it does make sense. The more luck one has, the more the DAR (drop anything rate) will increase. 3* luck won't make the Carriguine Blade drop rate increase, but it will help increase the chances of a Carriguine dropping something, thus more chances for Carriguine Blades.

I was under the impression that you were solely talking about the drop rate for Carriguine Blades combined with 3* luck. My apologies. ^^;

I dunno, I was running MAG' C a few times the last night I was on, but I didn't find shit. I was hoping I could've found some Bil De Vear Horns as well, but nope... -_-

Carriguine blade might drop at the end of Dark Satellite. Mag is probably your best chance.

sad.. i've done tons of hive runs and MAG(non-event) in my time playing this game and i've killed so many carriguines. and the ONLY time i ever got any blades was from MAG (during the event) i got 5 blades total. i havent seen a single one before or after that D: and i still have about 6 boards from magashi plan to synth. one of the few "rares" left in this game.

STD lol you guys act suprized like you didn't get anymore blades or boards, I did 45 Magashi runs an found 1 blade, and not one board. lol
