It's a forum rule violation to deal with real world money for in-game property. It's also illegal.
Personally, I think meseta is easy to come by. Half of the fun is making money. Instant gratification will soon lead to boredom. Enjoy the game the way it should. If you want to waste money, wait until GC. ;]
