If you like using twin claws, I'd keep it. That's a pretty high % for that particular weapon. Although, I'm pretty sure a higher % Yamata-Misaki would outdamage it...

You can milk quiet a bit on the market with that %. I say sell it and use the meseta you get towards something else you want.
