Which chapters reward is Dallgun Portrait?

I'm going to be trading in for the guardians formal soon and would like to know where to get the dallgun portrait cause that's the last thing I need. This site said it's from episode 3 chapter 5 which I beat again today. I got S rank on both. If it matters they were B rank.
