So I just bought the Japanese version of Phantasy Star Zero for $15 off of Play-Asia.

Whoops.

Were this but a few years ago, I'd consider such a substitution (sadly) cliched. I've got Good News, though, 'cause this expression is now retro-chic, the Internet operating on much shorter cycles of innovation and reinvigoration than in-the-flesh fashion. Plus, it's always good to have a warm reminder of Ye Olde Goode Days.

We should sell *laugh at your misxfortune* shirts. I smell a gold mine.

Pfft. What's the problem? It's not like playing an RPG in a different language is incredibly frustrating or anything.

Oh crap.

Importing PS0...Not worth it...

Importing Shining Force Feather...It's a good thing! =P

An American Singer. Only the best for my miners!

It's actually pretty simple and the interface is very simple to PSO's. Use a little common sense and it will take you a long way in this game.

Atleast you didn't pay full price like those other wackos. ;o

common sense doesn't apply to story mode though >.>

^Well...I'm hoping that he wasn't really expecting a story off of this purchase. >_>;

Honestly though. They even added in a quick text button so you can just skip through all of the story text. This game is pretty easy to navigate. Trust me. I made it to the last level knowing not a lick of Japanese. Sometimes you'll wander a bit, but never for more than five minutes.

My favourite part was when Outrider told us he'd bought the Japanese version of Phantasy Star Zero for $15 off of Play-Asia. ;)
