offline: Svaltus Sword

So I went back to playing PSU AOTI offline, and was wondering where to find Svaltus Sword. Is it a synth board or an actual weapon drop. I've been going to Sleeping Warriors and anywhere there are Svaltuses but most of the time I just end up with Svaltus Edges, which is still a good thing. I checked PSUpedia and anywhere else for info but they don't seem to point in either direction to find it. Any help would be nice.

You can buy the board in player shops for dirt cheap now. They dropped like crazy in our last event. The sword doesn't drop made.
