So, it says you get it from "Gifts from Beyond" item exchange mission.
Well after getting 3 fire ones,
I decided to check psupedia.
Well, it says you get the :fire: ones from there,
and the :lightning: ones from another exchange mission,
and mentions some japanese exclusive mission for the :light: ones.

I want a light one...
So are they available on our servers, or am I wasting my time?
