Does JP have the Vijerina / Cronos yet?

I was just wondering because if you JP players don't even have the Vijerina / Cronos (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/3/2825/vijerina___cronos/), us US/EU players wont see that thing for a very long time :(
Anyway, just wondering out of curiosity for the most part. :D

I'm holding out for it to have an attack speed bonus of sorts, given the name, but I'm not sure if SEGA would do something like that.

It will be a while for the US/EU then :(
Guessing, about a year at the least, depending on when the JP servers get it.

I think it is kidda too good, and it might be nerf a bit when it release in online server.
