Ad Hoc Party Help

I wanted to know if there was an ad hoc party for the 360 or any other systems besides PS3 because i only play with my bro and :Dhe gets boring after a while:D any one wanna help ME PLZ:cheepcheep:

There's Xbox LIVE. Which I guess is similar, lol. Just go around PSU and make friends. If you find people that are enjoyable that you've run with, add them to your Friend's List. O.o

I didnt mean Xbox live i meant is there an Xbox 360 version of Ad hoc party so i can play Global on my psp.

Anyone know what im talking about??
