What does your mind stat do besides let you learn techniques?

It also increases the amount of TP you have and, to some degree, increases damage of techniques.

Yeah and some of the weapons needs MST. I did't know that the saber Elysion needs MST to equip. Is there any other weapon that needs MST? (other than Forces's of course)
