Trouble connecting to the game...

Sorry this may be a noob question but my friend is having connection connecting to the real game, we downloaded the demo and he couldnt get in but now we have the real game but he still cant get online... anyone know what to do?

Yea. Wait. Sega is updatin the whole firewall deal and it's spilling over to the PSU servers. So...I'd suggest doin something else for the mean time. Just as long as id DOESN'T involve rape. Unlike what a smart ass English girl I know told me to do.
