Official site claims this is available in the Yohmei shop, but I didn't find it there, or at MA-GRMS: Ohtoku, or at the Guardians Ohtoku Branch. I must be blind.

So... any suggestions?

The only thing I saw was the light festival decor in the decoration shop of the guardian's colony.

For some reason the neudaiz gift and moatoob gift have been remove from their respected planets synth shop online for at least a year or two.

It's probably just a mistake. They took out the boards in favor of making one a drop and the other a seasonal item. There's also the bonus of not confusing them with the souvenir boards (even though those items have pretty much been added to the game too by other means).
