yo how do you upload pso pics to your comp?

Well, if you have broadband, you can use This (http://psoproxy.sourceforge.net/) tool, but if you have the US and dial up..there's no way to. If you have the Japanese version you can upload them to Sega's Website through the Website function.

Hey now. If you can connect to the internet you can use "that tool" with either adapter.

For the most part you're right about the internet being a network of networks, but you need a local network (i'm kinda making the term up) for psoproxy to work. Or so I gather from the documentation. I might be wrong, I havn't been able to try out the program yet.

Well, I dunno exactly how a proxy works, so I can't really explain it to ya or anything. So I won't =P lol

The FAQ (https://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=14681&group_id=70811) says that you need to be on a home network.

Well, this has to be the most craptastic proxy ever built! Can't access it outside of a specific LAN? LAME. And I do find it hard to believe.

What's your problem? Someone made a program that does what people want. Just because you can't do it without a local LAN doesn't mean it's crap. I'm sure you couldn't make a better program, so we'd all appreciate it if you'd stop bashing it.

How sure are you? I bash it because it defies logic that a proxy server can't be contacted outside of a LAN. I'm not going to make a better program or attempt it because PSO's capture feature absolutely doesn't interest me.
