Video capture card problem!

I have just gotten a video capture card but the software wont work (for gamecube) so what software will work?
i have a
ATI-TV Wonder its a capture card and a TV tuner

simply the software it doesn't have what i want

Now i found out what was the problem i didnt get all the software so i need a program that you guys use for pso pic taking.

Multimedia center TV lets you take pictures =;_;=. Ctrl+Insert.
In the options, go to digital VCR and select the capture high resolution stills option =;_;=
