Ok, i was watching this youtube video:

It shows Level 50 PA's... but of twin daggers, claws and stuff!
I dont think its JP server, and the character's level is 197.
i know that im gonna feel really dumb after this question is answered, but, any thoughts?

Notice the white name? They're in offline mode. Also note how they're nearly level 200.

I *think* that after the supplemental update on JP PSU you can make your photon arts go up to 50 on the advanced types.

Short answer? Yes, if you could already get them to 40. No level 50 bullets on Acrotecher, or anything. :( The amount you can raise your PAs is race-limited. Humans > Newmen > Cast = Beast
