Item: Need a bit of help with character

Hi I'm needing some help getting the Monkey King Bar and the Panzer tail, so my character, Goku, can well.... be complete(in the looks at least). I have rares but most have been laughed at or everyone has them. I save my grinders and mats up for these tades but no one will part with these particular items, for them and the rares. I know they have good reasons not too but if anyone will please let me know. I will post a list of what I have later. I don't have the time to do so now. Thx if anyone is willing to help
