I have a question regarding striking weapons elemental percentages, what is the max percentage a weapon can have when its dropped from a mob, ie not synthed. Thnx in advance.

Single element, up to 50.
Multi element, up to 30.

Actually when a weapon drops that can have multiple elements, they go from 5-30%. This includes even odd numbered %s, but when the weapon comes in only one element then it usually comes from 5-35%... (i think) it could be higher though...

highest I've heard is 43% on a B-rank Nei Claw

I've had a 41% Crimson out of Forest of Illusions (it's single element). So it's definately not just for Nei Claw.

What about shields?

I have never seen a Lumirus Line, Rabol Lumirus or Rabol Vijeri above 32%

I don't know about line shields actually. The best I've ever droped was 32% too.

Which Lumirus? Because there's a board for Lumirus Line.

I've seen Rabol Vijeri at 35% before then 33% as well in the shops.

While we're on the subject, am I the only one that thinks the made weapons should have an overall better % drop rate? All too often, I see them drop from 4-25% on most occasions, which is rather meh. At least have them drop around 30% more often to make them more worthwhile.

yeah i agree. i dont see the point in them dropping at so low %s so often. its really upsetting when you see something drop and you're like "YAY!!" then you check your inventory and its 9% element -_-;

also in the line shield department i had a 33% rabol vijeri not too long ago.

I think the made weapons percents are so low because the next tier of enemies (Lv175+) will drop the board for that specific weapon.

I didnt really think about that lol.

i've been wondering alot about the dropped made armor though. things like green green line and feril series and the yiel line/yiel-senba. according to the item database on here those wont drop as boards from like anything D: wonder if that will ever change. i wouldnt really care about those if armas line had a decent drop/synth rate but since it doesnt.

Well, I can understand not making them too high since boards still need to have some value to them, but seriously, seeing %s as low as 5% just seems dumb regardless.

Yeah. People complained about the synthing system, so Sega makes weapons drop made, but with TRBL percentages 99% of the time. Now I guess people appreciate synthing more. Or hate Sega more. One of the two.

I personally don't see a problem with low or no percent weapons. I'm not a percent hound, so just HAVING a cool looking weapon is good enough for me. I've long ago ignored the fact that changing the appearance of a weapon doesn't effect gameplay in a way worth mentioning. As a direct relation I've also seen that the slight damage adjustment is a pretty minor variation as well.

However, as my boards and materials pile high, synthing can be exciting too. So when I pull out a 50% Fuka-Misaki, it can be a fun reward. My favorite weapons and items all have special effects beyond simple damage or stat adjustment, and I'd use those over newer weapons any day. Mostly because they remind me of how PSO's rare weapons were all special and unique in some way. Except Silence Claw... that thing will always be a piece of crap no matter what incarnation it takes. I still wanna use it though! XD
