has anyone noticed it has a debuff effect on certain elements?
i have an ice one and it does the def debuff not sure how high of a lvl but im assuming the fire and lightning do a similar debuff any guess on the other elements?

Fire does attack down
Ice does defense down
Thunder does ATA down
Ground poisions
Light puts foes to sleep
Dark causes confusion, thats what psupedia comments on how Kubara RCSMs at S-Rank work.

The Fire model causes a Tier 1 Jellen. The other elements will have similar side-effects.

Nope, all neutral RCSMs (that I know of) have no status effect.

I have a nuetral one in my shop, it was debuffing people. Cant think of what I was running. Maybe WB. It does so little damage though I threw it up for sale.
