Xbox and character storage

Anxious to get the Xbox version of PSO, but I have a question. Where will character storage be for the online be? Hopefully on the servers since we all know what people with modchips can do to files that are stored on their local xbox.

It'll be stored on your harddrive. However, by making people sign onto Live (and giving Microsoft access to your system) to even play offline...I wouldnt expect wide spread cheating via that form...other forms though..who knows
