Howzer Drops

Howzer is not dropping what he is normally supposed to. I have battled him over 50 times and gotten nothing, photon charge cosmos, dimates, money... but none of the 4 items he should be dropping. Why?

This is PSO missing/wrong drop rates, not PSU. As for your problem, he doesn't drop those items every single time you fight him; you're just unlucky.

Howzer is known for being extremely stingy. That is why his item drops are usually so expensive. You're just having bad luck at the moment.
