If i have a Chainsawd 10/10 fire 23% if i trade it for a Chainsawd+ will it still be 10/10 or still fire 23%

My suggestion is go buy a cheap ass broken 12% or lower Chainsawd and trade that in.
I think it's a guaranteed 30%+, I could be wrong though.

Yea.
I haven't seen any under 30%. Just because I haven't seen it doesn't mean it's not real.
Though, it does seem like an awfully high chance of 30%+, so either way, I'd buy a shit % and trade that in.
If anything, you can just keep trying if you have the resources.

It beats out Huge Cutter purely for having an effect that's useful. Huge Cutter may be better for parties, but solo it's a useful weapon. I can be on around 50% HP, use Tornado Break and be on full HP in 1-2 hits. It's great for saving 'mates. The power is only slightly off a Huge Cutter too, if I recall correctly.

Yeah, thankfully I haven't gotten a neutral one yet. To be honest though, the materials needed for it aren't that hard to get hold of- I think Morbinia was the hardest.

chainsawd/+ has a slightly longer blade/longer hit box as well

huge cutter is not so huge, terribly short really with a matching short hit range :(

I was fortunate in the sense that I got a 44% chainsawd+ my first time and then I got really lucky grinding it to 8-10. THe unlucky part was that it turned out to be ice element, I already own a 46% 7-10 Kan Yu. Now I am torn on which one to sell. I probably will keep the chainsawd+ though although both are sweet looking weapons. On the 360 there are already a bunch of ice ones too. I saw an 8-8 44% and a 0-10 47%. Anyways I am still happy to get a good percent.

Another whore making a big deal outta a measily ATP DIFFERENCE (33 ATP difference). Chainsawd is better especially due to HP steal, PP(Not more, but 14 less which is unnoticable) AND GRINDS PLUS LOOKS/STYLE.

As it turns out, the Chainsawd+ at 10 has 1004 ATP vs the Huge Cutters 891 ATP. How about you look at grinds nexttime before you speak.

And yes, it grinds makes it more powerful as you grind it.
