how do you get marriage psu disc?

i thought you would be able to trade for it in the casino when the marriage lobbies were out but i never saw it there. i looked on a couple websites and they said it is in the casino for 1 silver and it was never there. can someone plz tell me where they got there marriage psu disc

The Marriage PSU Disc was avaliable for a short time during the lobbys back in the last year. These lobbys this year did not rotate the casino to have PSU Disc 37 and to whoever posted above me please know what you are talking about as Valentine and Marriage are two seperate discs.
