How rare is the spread needle?

Hey everyone. I'm a lvl 82 Hunewearl atm and having been playing through mines and ruins on VH hoping to get some nice items. I know that Spread Needle and Chain Sawd are both pretty rare. My sec. id is Skyly which means I should be able to find the Chain Sawd in ruins, if that japanese site is correct. But I haven't found either of these.

Anyone else find either of these themselves?

And do they show up as ???SPECIAL WEAPON like the double saber, varista, etc?

They are quite rare.. it appears as a ???special.. it would be easier just to trade for them..
