the comparison i made is infact true, WoW has a limited group of people monitor forums ingame actions and billing support and other stuff.

With about IM ONLY GUESSING 75-90% more people than sega has to puts up with.
so why does sega have to be such ($&(#(&*(%(&$$###&%$#$%(&$!!!

People that get surprised by SEGA's lack of support on the US/EU(server) anymore are really...nevermind. :wacko:

Comes down to money bud. 11 million accounts times $14.95 = $164,450,000 that's per month. So ya an army of support compared to 4 people (remember outsourcing) named "Brenda,Jill,George" and "Frank" That have no idea what they are doing except what the paper in front of them tells them to do. All that equals we lose.

Wow.

Blizzard clearly will have a larger CS team for a game with millions upon millions online at once. And they're not perfect.

People make mistakes, your ticket may have gotten misplaced, looked over, or whatever. Give it some time, then send it again.
