and did someone seriously report finding a S-rank weapon from a normal booma?

Heh, it's hard to trust some of the Item Findings listed, just use your best judgement. For example, if anything has under 3 confirms, it's probably risky to assume it's 100% accurate. (Of course some of the extremely rare or extremely useless items don't have many confirms, so even that isn't a perfect way to go about it.)
