curry is all gone... I'd make some more... but i is college student, and apparently that means the campus doesn't trust us with anything more kitcheny than a microwave...

Buy instant noodles and those funny, tin-foil Italian microwave foods (like lasagna from microwave.)

Get one of those little water heaters. You can make all sorts of things with one, and they fit in a drawer/closet easy enough in case of room inspections. I think we even made curry once with it.
