It doesn't make sense to me that a lot of guilds and groups continue to try meeting up in blocks that are generally full of non-guild or group affiliated people.
It would make more sense to me to set up a common meeting spot that is virtually unpopulated most of the time. Meaning higher #'d blocks. This way you're almost guaranteed that whoever is present in the lobby is a fellow guild/group member.
