i put up a channel for PSO on IRC....
Gamesnet: Random East US server
channel is #pso
come in and talk/share/plan/anything

I think that the rules are a bit strict in the current channel, but that's just me.

yep. warchild and all the other ops are a bunch of bastards. you go in there asking simple questions and the either crap all over you or they ban you. you can't really say what you want 'cause of them. how the hell did they become ops in the first place?! they aren't very good representatives for pso world.

Actually, I've been in there for weeks and never had any problems with anyone in there. The problem is people dont obey the rules, ask questions which are readily found on the site, and launch some half hearted attempts to attack the ops in the channel.
Bottom line is this: Respect those in the channel, and you'll get nothing but respect in return

I think it's a bit drastic to not allow the use of commonly used acronyms such as "lol" but that's just my opinion, and several others have this problem too.
