when there's a poifully slime and it multiplies can it multiply into a pouilly slime. and dose a pouilly slime multiply into more pouillys or poifully slimes?

Yes and yes but in order for it to happen twice you must be very lucky :)

1 Slime splits into 4 and that's it.

Rare slime or not, if the slime was made by spliting it will NOT split again

Oh yes you're right.i forgot that the 4 slimes from TTF turn into 16 slimes maxi :p

I don't know if I've ever split a blue into a red, but I'm pretty sure I've split a red and it gave three blues. Because of that I assumed that a blue could split off a red.

I split several blues into reds.My favorite spot for that is on towards the future quest(online only)

Yes, blue can split to red and vice-versa. TTF isn't probably the best slime-splitting quest there is. Only 16 slimes compared to about 40-50 that's present in another quest (not naming since I do not know if it was on the officlal Sega servers or not). And yes that number is including splits.
