Citadel of Sand Rare map

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone here can confirm if the psupedia chart for the rare variations is correct.

I've been running this mission for melans for the past three days and I've only had one rare spawn with variation B-X. Is the rate for the rare map really low compared to others? It seems to be so @.@;. Any confirmations would be appreciated! Thanks!

After doing more runs I still haven't found any Melans can anyone confirm if those rare spawn listings are indeed true from psupedia?
