I put in my login info. and clicked the 30 day 9.99 and it wouldn't do anything. What Do I do?

Try reporting this at help.sega.com so ya get official answer from the tech support.

I went to the site and login and when I would click suppot it was like it signed me back off. I can't submit a ticket. I really wanna play. :(
