What is "Mamimum Attack G"?

Well, I've always been a sucker for PSO, and after I started playing recently, I stumbled over this "Mamimum Attack G" for PSU. So, uhh, what is it?

I haven't played PSU in a *while*, so I'm thinking about getting back into it whenever I get my Xbox back. So, is it like a one-time event? And also, would I need to be a certain level? (I think I was around lvl 30 when I left, but will probably start all over).

And lastly... How rare are the "PSO clothes"? I'm hell-bent on getting a HUmar outfit whenever I start back :P

It's the mission runs of PSOs forest, caves, mines, and ruins that are always available from the guardians colony HQ desk. The weapons badges and NPCs have been removed but you can access the mission at any time. The PSO clothing is always available from the colony clothing shop.
