I'm stuck trying to solo Protectors α＋ on Block D, rare route. I don't know where the key is and since I'm alone I can't open the three-button gate.
I also uncovered four purple orb things that I can't destroy.
Can anyone offer me some guidance?

Yeah, didn't notice I got a Photon Eraser in my inventory... use that on the purple orbs makes them green, which makes the SEED core vulnerable. *facepalm*
